Air2AirFlights provides our customers with information concerning upcoming flights available in specific areas of the southwestern United States. Tweets may show some flexibility as to departure time and airport within those general geographic areas. Air2Air Flights Tweets contain, in a compact format, all the information required to monitor flights of interest to you.
Due to the limit of 140 characters per Tweet, we have abbreviated the information that you will see. These abbreviations are:
#### = Air2Air Tweet number. Refer to this number when responding.
DepArea = The Departure Area. One of almost 50 geographic areas in the southwestern U.S. that contains one or more airports that Air2Air serves.
PropDepApt = Proposed Departure Airport. The airport for which the Proposed Departure Time and Price are based. If you desire to leave from another airport, respond to the Tweet and we will give you a quote for your specific request.
PropDtTm = Proposed Departure Date & Time. A specific departure date and time or a range of dates/times when Air2Air can depart on this flight. Again, let us know if you have other needs outside the listed date and time.
PropArrApt = Proposed Arrival Airport. This is the airport proposed as the destination airport. If you have other needs, let us know.
Seats # = The number of seats available for this flight. Some flights may become limited by total passenger/baggage weights prior to reaching the seat limit. Contact us if you have any questions.
PropPrice = Proposed Price. We will quote either a price for a single seat on the flight ($###s) or a price for all aircraft seats ($###a) or both. If you buy less than the total number of seats available, we will schedule the departure time as necessary to accommodate other passengers. If you buy the entire aircraft, you will be able to set the departure time within the Proposed Date & Time.
